Key Cutter Features

• 1.HSS Material: It is made of HSS-Co(HSSM35) material imported from Japan, hardness reaches HRC64-65, high hardness, brass key and iron key can all be cut, good wear resistance, durable.
• 2.Carbide Material: Solid carbide, the hardness reaches HRA92.5 or above, quite high hardness. The cutting edge is sharp ,specially for hard keys.Much longer lifetime
• 3.Production process: Using full CNC grinding technology, with sharper tip so as to cut the key easier. The cut key is smooth and burr-free.
