• HSS Material: of HSS-Co(HSSM35) material imported from Japan, hardness reaches HRC64-65, high hardness, brass key and iron key can all be cut, good wear resistance, durable.
• HSS Production process: Using full CNC grinding technology, with sharper tip so as to cut the key easier. The copied key is smooth and burr-free.

• Carbide Material: Solid carbide, the hardness reaches HRA92.5 or above, quite high hardness,about 3 times life time than the HSS cutter.
• Carbide Production process: After 11 grinding processes, CNC precision grinding process, the cutting edge is extremely sharp. RAISE invented a unique grinding process, strengthen the cutting edge and improve the rigidity of the tip of cutter. It’s very good to overcome the problem of broken teeth.
